Apple iPod Mini 4GB
Battery reached the end of its lifespan after only a year and since the 4GB were to small anyhow, I replaced it with the 60GB iPod Photo.
Computer
Epia-M10000 Homeserver
A 19″ low power linux server with 350GB disk space for our intranet at home. Used as mail, web, file and database server. Also runs the slimserver for the squeezebox. Unfortunately it makes too much noise and will be replaced one day. Update: Summer 2006 – it has been replaced. My old 17″ PowerBook is now the homeserver.

Buffalo Technology Gigabit LinkStation
Linux based Network Storage Center with 400GB and OpenLink firmware. As of 2007 not in use any longer because the speed was just too slow to move gigabytes around. Nice idea, failed realization.

Palm Livedrive
The Livedrive is my first PDA from Palm after some years of permanent frustration with PocketPCs and their miniature Windows OS. Eventhough the Palm OS on the Livedrive is a bit outdated it is still so much better. Bluetooth and W-LAN work fine. Unfortunately is does not use USB 2.0 for file transfer, so I am not really using the 4GB storage it offers. In the car the Livedrive works as a car-navigation system with the TomTom Navigator software and a bluetooth GPS mouse. In 2007 I stopped using it for navigation because the TomTom software crashes too often. Am using a stand-alone GPS navigation system from Garmin now.
